Yarn

yarn create @ray-js/app my-app

命令行参数（以下参数可不传，默认从npm中拉取模板）

• timeout 模板失效时间 默认值 0 * 60 * 1000即总是拉取最新的
• repo 模板拉取来源 如果是仓库，需 参数 branch 指定分支，默认为 main
• branch 默认 main，repo必须存在
• registry npm镜像，默认淘宝源
