Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Layout

spec/ — the hand-authored spec, split across paths/ and components/schemas/. Edit here.
openapi.yaml — the bundled single-file spec (pnpm bundle, Redocly).
src/generated/ — the client / Zod / types emitted by pnpm gen:sdk (@hey-api/openapi-ts).

Contract testing

The Contract Tests badge above tracks the contract-tests workflow: on every change to openapi/** it boots the real admin API server and fuzzes this spec against it with Schemathesis — property-based generation of valid and malformed requests for every operation, asserting no 5xx and full status/schema conformance (the bearerSdkKey auth the spec declares is exercised end-to-end). Run it locally with pnpm --filter @shipeasy/ui test:contract (see apps/ui/contract-tests/).
