An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for finding community mental health clinics, psychiatric emergency services, and quality metrics across Israel. Based on official Ministry of Health data published on data.gov.il.

Data Sources

All data comes from the Israeli Ministry of Health via the data.gov.il open data portal:

• Mental Health Clinics: Full directory of community mental health clinics with HMO affiliation, services, wait times, and contact info.

  Withdrawn upstream. As of 2026 the Ministry of Health removed this dataset from data.gov.il (package mentalhealthclinics); both the resource and its package now return HTTP 403. Its data reflected wait times only as of Jan-Feb 2018. The clinic-lookup tools (find_clinics, get_clinic_details, find_by_therapy, find_by_specialization) therefore return a clear explanation pointing to the current official list at https://www.gov.il/he/pages/mental-clinics, and will recover automatically if the dataset is ever re-published. get_quality_metrics is unaffected.

• Quality Metrics: Five quality indicators including treatment plan documentation, discharge summaries, community follow-up appointments, long-term hospitalization plans, and lipid profile measurements

No authentication required. The server uses the free government open data API at data.gov.il.

Rate limited to 10 requests per second.
