Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

@stamprally/ui v0.25.6

Participant-facing exports include AccountBackupBanner and CloudSyncButton. They accept host callbacks, so Google Identity Services or another provider can be integrated without adding an authentication SDK dependency to this package.

Participant-facing React components for @stamprally/core.

Setup

import { RallyViewer } from "@stamprally/ui";
import "@stamprally/ui/styles.css";

<RallyViewer config={publicConfig} locale="en" />;

For a stateful client, pass client={new StampRallyClient(publicConfig, options)}. The viewer subscribes to client state, renders all configured verification conditions, and exposes check-in and reward actions through the same client.

Render Props customization

renderSpotCard, renderRewardCard, renderStatusBadge, and the header/footer slots allow a host application to replace presentation while retaining the domain engine. customConditionRenderers can provide an application-specific QR, NFC, or custom verification control. A custom renderer calls onSubmit(proof) when it has a proof.

<RallyViewer
  config={publicConfig}
  locale="ja"
  renderStatusBadge={({ status }) => {status}}
  renderSpotCard={({ spot, children }) =>

{spot.name}
{children}
}
/>

Keep private condition secrets, staff passcodes, digital content URLs, and serverMetadata in the server-side AdminRallyConfig; publish only the result of toPublicConfig.

Standard cards render localized descriptions and hints, spot imagery and external reference badges, plus reward descriptions, stock, expiry, and status. Spot cards with incomplete prerequisites show a lock and disable verification controls. The status badge values are UNCLAIMED, CLAIMED, LOCKED, and VERIFYING.

RallyViewer renders NextActionPanel and CompletionPanel by default. Configure nextAction for order or nearest-location suggestions, provide onNavigate for host-owned directions, and use onCompleted to react when the configured completion condition becomes true.

Synchronization status

RallyViewer displays SyncStatusBanner by default. Set showSyncStatus={false} to hide it, or use renderSyncStatus for a custom renderer:

<RallyViewer
  config={publicConfig}
  client={client}
  showSyncStatus
  renderSyncStatus={(status) => (

      {status.pendingCount} pending; {status.rejectedHistory.length} rejected

  )}
/>

SyncStatusBanner accepts the same SyncStateContext directly, so applications can place it outside the viewer. The context exposes pending work, rejected history, persistence capability, and whether synchronization is active.
