The namespace contains the following sub-namespaces:

• assert: base (i.e., lower-level) double-precision complex floating-point number assertion functions.

The namespace contains the following functions:

• add( z1, z2 ): add two double-precision complex floating-point numbers.
• add3( z1, z2, z3 ): compute the sum of three double-precision complex floating-point numbers.
• div( z1, z2 ): divide two double-precision complex floating-point numbers.
• identity( z ): evaluate the identity function of a double-precision complex floating-point number.
• muladd( alpha, x, y ): perform a multiply-add operation involving three double-precision complex floating-point numbers.
• mul( z1, z2 ): multiply two double-precision complex floating-point numbers.
• neg( z ): negate a double-precision complex floating-point number.
• scale( alpha, z ): scale a double-precision complex floating-point number by a real-valued double-precision floating-point scalar constant.
• sub( z1, z2 ): subtract two double-precision complex floating-point numbers.
