Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Automatically generates AI-powered alt text for images in the Strapi Media Library to improve accessibility and content quality.

Installation

Step 1: Install the Plugin

Run the following command in your Strapi project:

npm install @strapix/strapi-plugin-alt-text-generator

Step 2: Add Your License Key

  1. Copy your license key from the Strapix Dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → Alternative Text Generator → Settings in your Strapi admin panel
  3. Paste your license key in the plugin settings

Step 3: Start Generating

  1. Find the Alternative Text Generator plugin in your Strapi sidebar menu
  2. Optional: Upload images to your Strapi Media Library
  3. Open the plugin to generate alternative text for your images

Pro tip: On Business or Enterprise plans, uploaded images can be automatically tagged with the generated alternative text during upload.
