Operator and allocator CLI for Strat Markets.

Authentication

A key is issued to a wallet, not an email. Generate one in the dashboard — your wallet signs a one-time challenge, costing no gas and authorizing no transfer — then paste it into strat login once. It is stored 0600 at ~/.strat/config.json, or supplied as STRAT_API_KEY in CI.

A key grants read and control over that wallet's own strategies. It cannot move funds and cannot sign transactions. The CLI never holds a private key.

<id> accepts a full id, a unique id fragment (c6e7853f), or a unique name substring (trend). Ambiguous input lists the candidates and fails rather than guessing — picking one silently would eventually move the wrong strategy to mainnet.
