Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

A better agentic experience for Claude Code

Claude Code is already a powerful coding agent. Supercode adds focused instructions, reusable capabilities, and workflow controls that help it stay on track through real-world development work.

Spend less time repeating context and workflow requirements. Give Claude clearer guidance for the task at hand. Turn recurring development patterns into capabilities you can use again. Keep the experience inside Claude Desktop instead of adding another agent window.

The result is a smoother workflow with less setup, fewer repeated instructions, and more attention available for the code and decisions that matter.

Install

Requirements

  • macOS
  • Claude Desktop, signed in and open
  • Node.js 18 or newer

Open Claude Desktop and wait until it is ready, then run:

npx -y @supercode-sh/claude-install@latest

Keep Claude Desktop open until the command reports completion. Then quit Claude completely and reopen it to activate Supercode.

Installation is local. Your existing Claude login, settings, conversations, projects, and Code sessions stay in place; the command does not ask for your Claude credentials.
