@tagma/driver-claude-code
Claude Code driver plugin for @tagma/sdk.
Translates pipeline tasks into claude -p invocations with JSON output parsing and native session resume.

bun add @tagma/driver-claude-codeRequires the claude CLI to be installed and available in your PATH.
Usage
Declare the plugin in your pipeline.yaml:
pipeline:
name: my-pipeline
plugins:
- '@tagma/driver-claude-code'
tracks:
- id: backend
name: Backend
driver: claude-code
tasks:
- id: implement
name: Implement feature
prompt: 'Refactor the database layer to use connection pooling'Or load it programmatically:
import { createTagma } from '@tagma/sdk';
const tagma = createTagma();
await tagma.registry.loadPlugins(['@tagma/driver-claude-code'], process.cwd());Behavior
- Model: all tiers; default
sonnet - Output format:
--output-format json—parseResultextracts session ID and normalized text from the result envelope - Session resume: native support via
--resume <session_id>whencontinue_fromreferences a task with a known session ID - System prompt: supported via
--append-system-prompt(driven byagent_profile) - Permissions: mapped to
--permission-mode(bypassPermissionswhenexecute: true, otherwisedontAskwith an explicit--allowedToolswhitelist) - Reasoning effort: any non-empty
reasoning_effortstring is forwarded as--effort <value>. Tagma's canonical vocabulary islow|medium|high, but provider-specific tiers (e.g.max) pass through unchanged — the Claude Code CLI itself rejects values it doesn't recognize - Windows: auto-discovers Git Bash and sets
