Notes

• Function tools only (type: "function"). Hosted tools (web search, file search, etc.) are out of scope.
• Model/prompt scanning is not wrapped in this package; use tool wraps + SDK input guardrails.
• Bound against @openai/[email protected] (FunctionTool.invoke).
