@techui/base is the foundation component library of TechUI.

It provides the common UI layer used by TechUI applications, including basic interface components, data-display components, layout capabilities, feedback components, overlay components, theme integration, locale integration, and the full TechUI adaptive runtime.

Positioning

Base is the shared foundation for the TechUI ecosystem. It can be used directly in projects that need a general component library for data display and application interfaces, and it is also included by the higher-level TechUI libraries.

Library Relationship

• @techui/base: foundation library.
• @techui/admin: includes Base and adds workbench / admin-shell capabilities.
• @techui/scifi: includes Base and adds sci-fi SVG and data-visualization style capabilities.
• @techui/prime: includes Base, Admin, Scifi, and Prime-exclusive advanced capabilities.

The four main libraries are full-library packages. They are not designed around per-component on-demand imports.

它提供 TechUI 应用所需的通用 UI 层，包括基础界面组件、数据展示组件、布局能力、反馈组件、弹层组件、主题接入、多语言接入，以及完整的 TechUI 自适应运行时。

定位

Base 是 TechUI 生态的共享基础层。它可以直接用于需要通用数据展示和应用界面组件的项目，也会被更高层级的 TechUI 组件库内置使用。

四库关系

• @techui/base：基础组件库。
• @techui/admin：包含 Base，并叠加工作台 / 后台框架能力。
• @techui/scifi：包含 Base，并叠加科技风 SVG 与数据可视化风格能力。
• @techui/prime：包含 Base、Admin、Scifi，并叠加 Prime 独占高级能力。

四个主库均按完整组件库使用，不以单组件按需引入作为设计目标。
