Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

n8n Nodes - Push

This is an n8n community node for Push by Techulus - a simple and reliable service for sending push notifications to your iOS and Android devices.

Push by Techulus lets you send custom push notifications to your devices with features like:

  • Instant push notifications to all your devices
  • Async delivery for teams and large device counts
  • Device groups for targeted notifications
  • Custom sounds, channels, images, and links
  • Time-sensitive delivery on iOS

Prerequisites

You need to have an account with Push to use this node. You can sign up at https://push.techulus.com.

Installation

In your n8n instance, go to SettingsCommunity Nodes and install:

@techulus/n8n-nodes-push

Operations

Send Notification

Send a push notification synchronously to all your devices.

Send Notification (Async)

Send a push notification asynchronously. Recommended for teams or accounts with many devices.

Send to Group

Send a push notification to a specific device group. Requires an Account API Key (Team API keys are not supported for this operation).

Configuration

Credentials

  1. Go to SettingsCredentials in your n8n instance
  2. Create new credentials for Push API
  3. Enter your API Key from your Push Dashboard

Parameters

All operations require:

  • Title - Notification title
  • Body - Notification message text

The Send to Group operation additionally requires:

  • Group ID - The ID of the target device group

Additional Options

  • Sound - Notification sound (default, arcade, bubble, clear, correct, doorbell, elevator, fail, flute, guitar, harp, money, pop, reveal, sci-fi)
  • Channel - Notification channel slug (alphanumeric and hyphens, max 24 characters)
  • Link - URL to open when the notification is tapped
  • Image URL - URL of an image to display with the notification
  • Time Sensitive - Deliver immediately even in Do Not Disturb mode (iOS only)
