Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

@tedckh/ipa-checker

A simple command-line interface (CLI) tool to extract and display information from iOS .ipa files, such as app name, bundle ID, team details, and provisioning profile expiration date.

Installation

To use ipa-checker, you can install it globally via npm:

npm install -g @tedckh/ipa-checker

Alternatively, you can use npx to run it without global installation:

npx @tedckh/ipa-checker

Usage

Once installed, simply run the command in your terminal:

ipa-checker

The tool will then prompt you to enter the absolute path to your .ipa file. After you provide the path, it will extract and display the relevant information.
