Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

AI-powered CLI for generating and managing @tego/bot automation scripts.

Installation

# Install in the workspace
pnpm install

# Build the package
pnpm --filter @tego/bot-agent build

Configuration

Set the following environment variables:

export OPENAI_API_KEY="your-api-key"
export OPENAI_BASE_URL="https://api.openai.com/v1"  # Optional, defaults to OpenAI
export OPENAI_MODEL="gpt-4"  # Optional, defaults to gpt-4

Usage

Generate a new automation script

bot-agent generate

# Or with a description
bot-agent generate "Click at 100,200 then type hello and press enter"

Edit an existing script

bot-agent edit

# Or specify the script name
bot-agent edit my-script

Execute a saved script

bot-agent execute

# Or specify the script name
bot-agent execute my-script

# Alias: run
bot-agent run my-script

List all saved scripts

bot-agent list

# Alias: ls
bot-agent ls
