Generic spatial migration helpers for mapping legacy zones, including H3 cells represented as polygons, onto versioned TerritoryKit territory datasets.

The package intentionally emits spatial evidence and diagnostics only. Game-specific ownership, claim, leaderboard, and scoring rules stay in the consuming application.
