Opinionated Vue cli plugin adds tailwind with plugins

You should probably use @ky-is/tailwind instead of this.

here is the difference:

keep tailwind stuff in ./src/tailwind dir

importing tailwind.css in main.js

Scoped styles can be used in App.vue
