Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Zalo Channel for Chatons

Zalo bridge for Chatons. Connect your Zalo Official Account to sync messages with users.

Setup

  1. Install this extension in Chatons
  2. Open the Zalo view from the sidebar
  3. Fill in your credentials:
  • Official Account ID: From Zalo for Developers > Official Account
  • Secret Key: From Zalo OA > Settings
  • Access Token: OAuth access token from Zalo API
  1. Click Connect to start the bridge
  2. Messages will automatically sync between Zalo and Chatons conversations

  • Automatic inbound message polling (every 5s)
  • Outbound reply mirroring back to Zalo
  • Per-conversation thread mapping
  • Model selection for AI responses
  • Allowlist filtering for chats
  • Activity log and diagnostics

Architecture

This extension runs as a background service within Chatons:

  • Polls Zalo API for new messages
  • Creates/maps Chatons conversations for each chat
  • Mirrors assistant replies back to Zalo
  • Persists state via Chatons KV storage
