Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

Swift iOS Skills Community

Agent Skills Swift Validation License

94 focused Agent Skills for modern Swift and Apple-platform development.

The collection gives coding agents practical guidance for architecture, implementation, testing, performance, accessibility, security, Apple frameworks, and App Store delivery. It is a knowledge layer, not an app template or runtime dependency.

Core principles

  • Use one workflow skill and only the specialists required by the task.
  • Prefer current Swift, SwiftUI, concurrency, and Apple framework APIs.
  • Verify work with builds, tests, Simulator runs, and physical devices when hardware matters.
  • Keep each skill focused, self-contained, and progressively disclosed through references.

For a complete app or substantial feature, start with ios-app-workflow. For a narrow task, load the matching specialist directly.

Request → ios-app-workflow → focused skills → implementation → verification

Install

Interactive installer:

npx @thiennc/ios-skills

Install one skill or the complete collection:

npx @thiennc/ios-skills --skill ios-app-workflow
npx @thiennc/ios-skills --all

Direct GitHub installation:

npx skills add thiennc-tesoglobal/ios-skills

Claude Code

/plugin marketplace add thiennc-tesoglobal/ios-skills
/plugin install all-ios-skills@ios-skills

Focused bundles include swiftui-skills, swift-core-skills, ios-engineering-skills, and framework-specific collections.

Use

Name the skill explicitly when routing needs to be deterministic:

Use $ios-app-workflow to build a SwiftUI feature with SwiftData,
accessibility, tests, and verified Simulator behavior.

Common specialists:

Browse the complete catalog in skills/. Installing all skills does not mean every skill should be loaded for every task.

Coverage

The collection covers:

  • Swift language, concurrency, architecture, testing, SwiftData, and Core Data
  • SwiftUI layout, navigation, animation, performance, accessibility, and UIKit interop
  • Apple app, data, hardware, media, AI/ML, gaming, and platform frameworks
  • Networking, security, diagnostics, localization, App Review, and delivery workflows

Current inventory: 95 skills, 307 local evaluation cases, and 274 published evaluation scenarios.

Quality

Pull requests validate metadata, references, evaluations, bundle membership, public discovery, tests, and SDK-sensitive compile fixtures.

python3 .github/scripts/validate_repository.py
python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -v
npm test
npm run pack:check

See CONTRIBUTING.md for authoring rules and CHANGELOG.md for notable changes.
