Gong Connection

Connects your agent to Gong for revenue intelligence. Pull call recordings, transcripts, tracker data, and deal board insights. Read-only access.

Authentication

API key pair. Generate from Gong > Company Settings > API.

• access_key — Gong API access key
• access_key_secret — Gong API secret key

Encoded as Basic auth header (base64 of access_key:access_key_secret).

Calls

• POST /v2/calls/extensive — Search calls by date range, participants, duration
• GET /v2/calls/{id}/transcript — Get full call transcript with speaker labels
• GET /v2/calls/{id}/brief — Get AI-generated call brief (key points, action items)

Trackers

• GET /v2/stats/activity/scorecards — Get tracker/scorecard results per call
• GET /v2/library/folder-content — List library folders and saved calls

Deals

• GET /v2/deals — List deals from Gong deal boards
• GET /v2/deals/{id} — Get deal detail with engagement metrics

Users

• GET /v2/users — List Gong users with talk stats

Stats

• POST /v2/stats/activity/day-by-day — Daily activity stats (calls, emails, meetings)

Rules

• Rate limit: 3 requests/second, 10,000/day
• Transcript retrieval is expensive — the agent summarizes via task agents rather than loading full transcripts into primary context
• Call data has a 2-hour processing delay after the call ends
• The agent respects Gong's data retention settings — deleted calls are not accessible
