HubSpot Connection

Connects your agent to HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub. Read contacts, deals, companies, engagement history, campaign performance, and workflow status. Write operations require confirmation.

Authentication

OAuth2 authorization code flow.

• client_id — HubSpot app client ID
• client_secret — HubSpot app client secret
• portal_id — Your HubSpot portal ID

Scopes: crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.deals.read, crm.objects.companies.read, sales-email-read, content.

• GET /crm/v3/objects/contacts — List contacts with property filters
• GET /crm/v3/objects/contacts/{id} — Get contact detail with lifecycle stage
• GET /crm/v3/objects/contacts/{id}/associations — Get associated deals and companies
• PATCH /crm/v3/objects/contacts/{id} — Update contact properties (confirmation)

Deals

• GET /crm/v3/objects/deals — List deals with pipeline and stage filters

Companies

• GET /crm/v3/objects/companies — List companies with domain search

Rules

• Rate limit: 100 requests/10 seconds (standard), 200/10s (enterprise)
• Contact and deal updates require confirmation
• The agent checks for duplicate contacts before suggesting creation
• Bulk operations (>5 records) require itemized confirmation
