A high-performance helper combining clsx and tailwind-merge to resolve conflicting Tailwind CSS classes.

Formatters

• formatNumber(value, locale?): Locale-aware number formatting.
• truncate(str, length): Safe string truncation with ellipsis.
• capitalize(str): Capitalizes the first character of a string.
