validateSouthAfricanID(idNumber: string): ValidationResult

| Field         | Type     | Description                         |
| ------------- | -------- | ----------------------------------- |
| `isValid`     | `boolean`| Whether the ID number is valid      |
| `gender`      | `string` | "Male" or "Female"                  |
| `dateOfBirth` | `string` | Date of birth in `YYYY-MM-DD` format |
| `age`         | `number` | Current age based on today          |
