Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

SDK for Topaz CL (Slipstream concentrated liquidity) pools

Readme

@topazdex/v3-sdk

Topaz CL pools — Slipstream concentrated liquidity. Forked from @uniswap/v3-sdk; the tick, swap and price math is upstream's, the pool identity is Topaz's.

What changed from @uniswap/v3-sdk

| | Uniswap V3 | Topaz CL | | --- | --- | --- | | pool key | (token0, token1, fee) | (token0, token1, tickSpacing) | | tick spacing | derived from the fee tier | the key itself | | swap fee | fixed by the fee tier | a mutable pool property, set by the factory's fee module | | address | CREATE2 over pool init code | ERC-1167 clone of CLFactory.poolImplementation() | | path encoding | token ‖ fee(3) ‖ token | token ‖ tickSpacing(3) ‖ token |

So a Pool takes both a fee and a tick spacing, and Pool.getAddress needs no init code hash:

import { Pool, TickSpacing } from '@topazdex/v3-sdk'

const pool = new Pool(WBNB, USDT, /* fee, pips */ 500, TickSpacing.LOW, sqrtPriceX96, liquidity, tick)
Pool.getAddress(WBNB, USDT, TickSpacing.LOW)

Default fee per tick spacing is 1→100, 50→500, 100→1000, 200→3000, 2000→10000, but a pool's live fee comes from CLFactory.getSwapFee(pool) and can differ — read it rather than assume it.

SwapQuoter builds calldata for Topaz's deployed QuoterV2, whose single-hop entrypoints take a tick spacing where Uniswap's take a fee.

Position management (NonfungiblePositionManager, Position, staker) is deliberately not ported: this package exists to serve routing.

Tests

src/mainnet.test.ts checks derived addresses against CLFactory.getPool and runs the SDK's quoter calldata against the live QuoterV2, including the multi-hop path encoding.
