Tracera Autotest adapter core (HTTP + steps + result upload)

@tracera/core
Shared Autotest HTTP client, step context, and result upload for Tracera adapters. Exports step in call form and as a method decorator (@step / step("…")(fn)). Async methods and returned Promises are awaited. Decorator titles may use {name} / {0} / {obj.attr} (or a title function); call-form titles stay literal. Runner packages re-export the same API on tracera.
Foreign async path: capture getContext(), then wrap the body in runWithContext(ctx, fn). Without a pin, steps and comments are dropped.
Several test processes (e.g. WebdriverIO maxInstances): they share one run automatically — the last process to finish closes it. You do not create the run by hand.
Requires Node.js ≥ 22.19.
npm install @tracera/coreUsed by the official JS adapters. Customer how-to: Autotest adapters. Prefer a framework package unless you write a custom runner integration.
Plugin / runner SPI (session, setPhase, HTTP client, …): import { … } from '@tracera/core/plugin'.
