AI Mode

Set your Anthropic API key:

export ANTHROPIC_API_KEY=sk-ant-...

Then run with --ai:

changelogai --ai --group --output CHANGELOG.md

AI mode rewrites technical commit messages into clear, user-facing release notes. Uses Claude Haiku by default (fast and cheap — ~$0.001 per changelog).
