@userevaluation/mcp
Local Model Context Protocol server for User Evaluation. Connects your UE workspace to Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and any other MCP-aware AI client.
Install
You don't need to. The recommended invocation is npx:
npx @userevaluation/mcpConfigure
Generate an API key at app.userevaluation.com/settings → API Keys. The key is shown once at creation — copy it then.
Claude Desktop
Add to ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json (macOS) or %APPDATA%\Claude\claude_desktop_config.json (Windows):
{
"mcpServers": {
"userevaluation": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "@userevaluation/mcp"],
"env": { "UE_API_KEY": "ue_live_..." }
}
}
}Restart Claude Desktop. The hammer icon in the conversation should now list the UE tools.
Cursor
Settings → MCP → Add Server. Same command / args / env shape as above.
Claude Code
claude mcp add-json userevaluation '{"command":"npx","args":["-y","@userevaluation/mcp"],"env":{"UE_API_KEY":"ue_live_..."}}'Tools
