@vaagatech/vaakly

Vaakly formats and corrects Anvesh API summary messages (clear plurals, empty-result wording, tone). It ships as:

1. A library — formatMessage, apiEnvelope, AnveshError, correctSummary
2. An Anvesh plugin — tools you can list and invoke like LLM tools
