Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Part of the VC Map Project

VC Map Plugin enabling transparent terrain visualization in the Cesium 3D map. This plugin allows users to make terrain see-through using one of three modes: a global transparency effect, a rectangular area, or a 3D box. This is useful for viewing objects or features that are buried within or below the terrain surface.

Transparent Terrain Modes

Global Terrain Mode

Makes the entire terrain transparent with adjustable opacity (0-100%). Supports distance-based opacity for camera proximity effects. Option to move the camera below the terrain surface.

Rectangle Terrain Mode

Rectangle Mode makes terrain transparent within a defined rectangular area on the map. This mode is ideal for examining subsurface features in specific geographic regions.

Box Terrain Mode

Box Mode creates a 3D box-shaped region where terrain becomes transparent, or shows a ground texture.
