Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

@velum-labs/routekit-tools

packages/tools publishes @velum-labs/routekit-tools: product-neutral coding-tool launcher, driver, lifecycle, and capability-registry contracts.

Architecture

This package defines the host/integration boundary used by Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenCode adapters. Individual @velum-labs/routekit-tool-* packages implement ToolIntegration; hosts assemble immutable registries and supply an opaque ToolLaunchSpec.

Usage

Use this package when adding a coding-tool integration to a RouteKit host.

createToolRegistry() validates and indexes integrations. createToolCapabilityMatrix() compares declared model features across tools. createToolLaunchContext() pairs host lifecycle callbacks and a launch spec with reverse-order, exactly-once disposer cleanup; createDisposerRunner() is available when a host only needs that cleanup primitive.
