Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Effective species-care records compiled from the Vivarium Husbandry Ontology, plus the contract artifacts consumers validate against.

Contents:

  • records/ — one framed JSON-LD effective record per species and morph, plus index.json. Regenerated by the release compiler at each release; do not edit by hand.

  • context/record/v1 — the JSON-LD context, identical to the copy served at https://vho.bio/context/record/v1.

  • schema/record/v1, schema/individual-profile/v1 — JSON Schemas for the record and individual-profile shapes.

  • ns/corpus.ttl — the merged Turtle graph the records in this package were resolved from, emitted by the compiler from the same file set it reads. Consumers that resolve records themselves (rather than reading the compiled output) parse this with @vho-bio/resolution. Shipping it here keeps the graph and the records on one pinned version.

    This is a superset of the vocabulary served at https://vho.bio/ns/core.ttl: that document is the vocabulary, while this one also carries the instance data the records draw on, the care guides among it. Resolving a record against the vocabulary alone does not reproduce the published record.

Every record is stamped with the ontology version, version IRI, and compiler version it was built from. The package version tracks the ontology VERSION in lockstep.

Records and the Turtle snapshot are ontology content, licensed CC-BY-4.0.
