Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Trigger an APK build via GitHub repository dispatch during semantic-release.

Install

npm install --save-dev @vmvarela/semantic-release-apk

Usage

Add as a publish step — dispatches apk-publish event to the configured repo.

Environment variables

| Variable | Description | |----------|-------------| | GH_TOKEN or GITHUB_TOKEN | GitHub token with repo dispatch permission | | APK_DISPATCH_REPO | Target repository for dispatch (e.g. vmvarela/apk-repo) |

What it does

  1. Verifies GH_TOKEN/GITHUB_TOKEN and APK_DISPATCH_REPO are set
  2. On publish, dispatches a apk-publish repository dispatch event with the release version and source repo
  3. The target repo's workflow picks up the event to build and publish the APK
