Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

Protocol 3 Tremendous twin for the keyless public prohibited-email-domain file read by Dub; credentialed payouts are unmodeled.

@volter/twin-tremendous

Protocol 3 twin scoped to Dub's shipped public-file cron at dubinc/dub @ 7e0101363b2a (demand). It serves anonymous GET https://api.tremendous.com/prohibited_email_domains.txt.

The vendor-published file answered 200, text/plain; charset=utf-8, with zero body bytes on 2026-10-03. The twin replays that retained snapshot (recording). No developer reference page for this path was found; the published OpenAPI document omits it. The recording establishes the request, status, content type and empty body at that instant. It does not establish a nonempty blocklist, future contents, or a documented list contract. No domains are invented.

Dub splits the body into lines, trims and lowercases each, and removes blank entries. It replaces its Redis prohibited-domain set only when the resulting list is nonempty. The life asserts that computation using the pack's answer view: the snapshot yields no domains and leaves the existing set intact. The separate disposable-email source is outside this vendor life.

Every credentialed OpenAPI operation is unmodeled and answers the documented API not-found class, 404 with { "errors": { "message": "No resource could be found for the provided ID", "payload": {} } }. The public-file front's unknown-path response is not established; this fallback uses the spec's error class, not a captured unknown-path answer. Dub's campaign and payout calls require TREMENDOUS_API_KEY, shipped blank; they are optional and outside demand.

There are no account credentials, stored vendor resources, seeds, webhooks or /_twin/ doors. The keyless text read uses no dashboard or redemption screen, so no screens are built. The descriptor retains routing for both API hosts so optional requests reach the gap. vendorBacked.none records that this public snapshot has no customer state to deploy or refresh. The upstream OpenAPI bytes remain unchanged; a recording-cited patch adds the omitted path (provenance).
