Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

@vue-html-bridge/analyzer

v0.2.3

Published

Runs core and validator adapters, reverse-maps diagnostics, and aggregates results.

Readme

@vue-html-bridge/analyzer

The orchestration layer of vue-html-bridge: runs vue-html-bridge's variant generation, dispatches each variant to every configured @vue-html-bridge/validator-api adapter with bounded concurrency, reverse-maps every diagnostic back to the source .vue file, aggregates duplicate findings across variants, and caches results. Both hosts — the language server and the CLI — consume this package and nothing lower-level; neither one calls core or a validator directly.

Installation

npm install @vue-html-bridge/analyzer

You'll also need at least one validator adapter — the bundled default is @vue-html-bridge/adapter-markuplint.

Minimal example

import { createWorkspaceAnalyzer, createTypeAnalysisContext } from "@vue-html-bridge/analyzer";
import { markuplintAdapter } from "@vue-html-bridge/adapter-markuplint";

const analyzer = await createWorkspaceAnalyzer({
  workspaceRoot: "/workspace",
  adapters: [{ adapter: markuplintAdapter, settings: {}, enabled: true }],
  typeContext: createTypeAnalysisContext(),
});

const result = await analyzer.analyze({
  uri: "file:///workspace/src/components/Menu.vue",
  filename: "/workspace/src/components/Menu.vue",
  source: await readFile("/workspace/src/components/Menu.vue", "utf8"),
  signal: new AbortController().signal,
});

for (const diagnostic of result.diagnostics) {
  console.log(diagnostic.severity, diagnostic.code, diagnostic.message);
}

await analyzer.dispose();

result.diagnostics (SourceDiagnostic[]) always carries ranges in the original .vue file's UTF-16 offsets — generated-HTML coordinates never leak past this package's boundary.

Reconfiguring a live session

analyzer.reconfigure({ adapters, generateOptions, maxConcurrency, invalidateAdapters }) lets a long-lived host (the language server) react to a settings or config-file change without recreating the whole analyzer: adapter sessions are only recreated when their settings actually changed (or when explicitly named in invalidateAdapters, e.g. after a watched config file changes on disk); everything else — the generation cache, other adapters' sessions — survives untouched.

See docs/design/packages/analyzer.md for the full pipeline design, caching strategy, and diagnostic-aggregation rules.
