woj is the single local-first command-line interface for WASM-OJ. Local build, run, test, benchmark, and judge commands never use the network. Student and Organizer commands address explicit immutable resources on the configured server. --offline rejects every network-capable command before dispatch.

woj organizer collection build materializes strict wasm-oj-platform/contests/v2 manifests. Contest workspaces pin timeline, rule, and problem epoch tokens and send them through the contest Official Submit context; Prompt Program is a separate prompt-attempt workflow, not a compiler language.

Upgrading from 0.2.0

Connect and synchronize a repository catalog with woj organizer catalog connect --repo <numeric-repository-id> and woj organizer catalog sync <catalog-id> --ref <ref> --wait. These replace the collection create, validate, publish, and activate commands. Author catalog content in wasm-oj.json; the resolved Git commit identifies the synchronized content.

Problem commands accept stable problem IDs. Start a rejudge with woj organizer rejudge start <problem-id> --from <commit> --to <commit> --wait.
