Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

OpenCode plugin adapter for the Weave orchestration framework

Readme

@weaveio/weave-adapter-opencode

The Weave adapter for OpenCode. It loads .weave/config.weave, materializes Weave agents into OpenCode, and exposes the adapter's OpenCode commands and runtime hooks.

Install

Add the package name to the plugin array in opencode.json or opencode.jsonc:

{
  "plugin": [
    "@weaveio/[email protected]"
  ]
}

The package name is the canonical OpenCode plugin spec. OpenCode resolves the package's server export to the plugin entry point. Use an exact version for reproducible installs. Replace it with latest or next when you want npm to resolve a channel tag.

There is no separate npm install step for the OpenCode plugin. OpenCode fetches the package at startup. Restart OpenCode after changing the plugin version.

Minimal use

The plugin entry is all OpenCode needs: with no .weave config, the builtin agents (Loom, Tapestry, Shuttle, Pattern, Thread, Spindle, Weft, Warp) load with their defaults. To customize them, scaffold and validate a project config with the CLI (weave init --harness opencode also writes the plugin entry):

bun add --global @weaveio/weave-cli@latest
weave init --scope local --yes --harness opencode
weave validate --project
opencode

The plugin maps normalized agents, prompts, model preferences, skills, and supported tool policy into OpenCode. It provides /weave:start and the /start-work compatibility alias. It does not claim provider acceleration: fast true remains unsupported on OpenCode because the plugin has no correlated response evidence for the same request.

Verify loading with OpenCode's diagnostics:

opencode debug config
opencode debug info

Local development

To run a local build of this adapter in OpenCode, point the plugin entry at dist/plugin.js with an absolute file:// URL, in place of the published package. See Dogfooding a local build for the build commands and the other harnesses.

Supported host versions

| Host | Support | | --- | --- | | OpenCode | No independent version floor is encoded. The package declares @opencode-ai/plugin and @opencode-ai/sdk ~1.15.9; use an OpenCode release compatible with those APIs. | | Bun | Required for repository development and local builds. |

Documentation

See the OpenCode adapter reference for behavior, commands, logging, and capability limits.
