Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

This is an n8n community node. It lets you use Vicky API in your n8n workflows.

Vicky is an AI-powered calling platform that enables you to automate outbound calls with intelligent virtual agents.

Operations

  • Send a Call: Initiates an outbound call using a Vicky AI agent with customizable dynamic variables

Credentials

To use this node, you need to set up Vicky API credentials with the following information:

  1. Base URL: The base URL for Vicky API calls (default: https://vicky-api.wekall.co)
  2. Client ID: Your Vicky platform Client ID
  3. Client Secret: Your Vicky platform Client Secret

Getting your credentials

  1. Log in to your Vicky platform at Portal Wekall (https://portal.wekall.co/)
  2. Navigate to SettingsAPI Credentials
  3. Copy your Client ID and Client Secret
  4. Use these values when setting up the credentials in n8n

Compatibility

Tested against n8n version 1.0.0+

Usage

Basic workflow example

  1. Add the Vicky node to your workflow
  2. Connect your Vicky API credentials
  3. Configure the call parameters:
    • Agent ID: Your configured Vicky agent ID
    • To Number: Destination phone number in international format (e.g., +1234567890)
    • Dynamic Variables (optional): Add key-value pairs to personalize the conversation

Common use cases

  • Automated customer outreach: Schedule calls to customers from a database or spreadsheet
  • Event-triggered calls: Send calls based on webhooks or external events
  • Follow-up reminders: Automate reminder calls for appointments or deadlines
  • Lead nurturing: Integrate with CRM data to make personalized sales calls
