Open authoring SDK for the Wink-AI UniSim ecosystem: peripheral plugins and physical plant model plugins.

Peripheral authoring

• Pure contracts: PeripheralManifest, LogicState, IPluginContext, domain APIs
• Authoring base class: BaseSimulationPlugin
• Manifest helpers: mapEventToMethod, validateEventParams (plus the migrated helpers landing with Phase 1)
• Zero-engine test harness: createPluginStubHost() from @wink-ai/unisim-sdk/testing

Plant authoring

• Driver contract: IPlantModelDriver, PortDescriptor, PlantInitContext, PlantStepResult
• Provider contract: PlantModelRef, PlantModelProvider, PlantModelDescriptor
• Manifest contract: PlantManifest, validatePlantManifest(), parsePlantManifest()
• Determinism helper (ADR-0055): sanitizeFloat()
• Zero-engine test harness: createPlantStubHost() from @wink-ai/unisim-sdk/plant

The SDK contains only contracts and pure utilities — no engine internals, no Vue/UI assets, no commercial device registry. The engine resolver, orchestrator and provider implementations stay closed; they are distributed separately through the official Wink products.
