Windows下的注意事项

本插件使用了 muhammara 依赖，该依赖需要 c++编译环境 ，因此windows极大概率会出现无法使用

（貌似koishi安装插件时看不到报错，但插件无法使用大概率与此有关）

解决方法1（推荐）

使用官方源 registry https://registry.npmjs.org/， 官方源可以下载预编译文件，跳过本地编译

解决方法2

1. 前往 Visual Studio 下载页面。
2. 下载并运行 Visual Studio Installer。
3. 在安装界面中，勾选 “使用 C++ 的桌面开发” (Desktop development with C++)。
4. 确保右侧的安装详细信息中勾选了：
   • MSVC v14x - VS 2022 C++ x64/x86 生成工具
   • Windows 10/11 SDK
