Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Universal AI Provider Gateway Connector & Setup Wizard for Xpenso.in

@xpenso/cli is the official command-line interface and configuration wizard for Xpenso AI Gateway. It automatically connects local AI coding tools (Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, or Custom agents) to Xpenso High-Performance Gateway with zero manual configuration.

Quickstart

Run the automated interactive setup wizard directly from any terminal:

npx -y @xpenso/cli@latest

Commands Overview

Non-Interactive Automation (CI/CD)

For automated setups or CI/CD pipelines:

XPENSO_API_KEY=sk_live_... xpenso init --non-interactive --system claude-code

Security & Privacy

  • Restricted Storage Permissions: API keys are stored in ~/.config/xpenso/credentials.json with strict 0600 file permissions.
  • Timestamped Backups: Before modifying any tool configuration, a backup is created in ~/.config/xpenso/backups/.
  • Automated Rollback: If live completion verification fails, the original configuration is restored automatically.
