Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Install

npm i -g @xuda.dev/gdpr-dpa-drafter-ai-agent

Run

gdpr-dpa-drafter-ai-agent

On first run you will be asked to sign in to Xuda. After that the agent opens a chat session in your terminal.

About this agent

State who the parties are, which side is controller and which is processor, what data is processed, where it goes and which sub-processors are involved. It returns a signature-ready DPA with Article 28 clauses, TOM and sub-processor annexes and the right SCC module, or an Article 30 record, or a subject request letter. Attach a counterparty draft to have it reviewed and amended.
