Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Onboarding Plan Builder

Install

npm i -g @xuda.dev/onboarding-plan-builder-ai-agent

Run

onboarding-plan-builder-ai-agent

On first run you will be asked to sign in to Xuda. After that the agent opens a chat session in your terminal.

About this agent

Give it the role, start date, manager, buddy and whether the hire is an individual contributor or a manager, plus the systems and accounts they need on day one. Attach the job description if you have it so the objectives match the real scope. It returns a Word plan with a pre-start checklist, a week one schedule and 30, 60 and 90 day tables where every objective has an owner, a due date and evidence of completion.
