Thin command-line adapter for xl1.dapp.json projects.

The xl1-dapp binary implements init, validate, inspect, build, plan, dev, and test. Parsing, rendering, and exit-code mapping live here; repository loading, artifact admission, planning, resource ownership, and host lifecycle remain in the importable Node/local packages. The CLI has no actor supervisor, provider locator, XL1 gateway, daemon manager, or site server of its own.

init calls the importable Node repository operation that atomically adds the exact .xl1/ rule to .gitignore. It is idempotent and does not create or alter the project manifest.

inspect renders credential-free definition and deployment projections. With --deployment, it selects one declared deployment and reports its actors, hosts, port/identity/store bindings, semantic resource requests, policies, verification classes, explicit absence guarantees, and inputs still awaiting artifact build or environment resolution.

plan, dev, and test use the closed, versioned local environment catalog by default. --catalog selects an explicit repository-relative override for embedding and conformance work. dev and test default to the importable lifecycle owner from @xyo-network/dapp-kit-local; callers may still inject the same narrow service interface for embedding and deterministic tests. dev maps SIGINT/SIGTERM into owned reverse teardown. test binds the same signal policy, launches the same system, runs every manifest-declared verification with its explicit evidence label, and always stops. --retain-on-failure preserves isolated failed test state.
