@yarradev/runner

Customer-operated runner for the YarraDev AI platform. It polls your workspace's board bindings, leases work items, checks out the scoped repository with a short-lived credential, drives an agent executor against it, and reports the outcome back — all from infrastructure you control.

Install

npm install -g @yarradev/runner

Requires Node.js 22 or later.

Quickstart

1. From your workspace's Runners page, create a registration to get a registration-id and a one-time enrollment-secret.

2. Activate it to mint a long-lived runner token:

   yarradev-runner activate <registration-id> <enrollment-secret>

   This prints { "authenticationToken": "..." } once — save it; it is never shown again and is not logged by any other command.

3. Bind the registration to a board from the workspace UI, then start the daemon:

The daemon polls for leaseable work on its bound boards, executes it, and reports the result. Ctrl-C stops it cleanly; in-flight leases are released back to the board rather than left stuck.

Agent executors

Select how the runner drives delegated work with YARRADEV_AGENT_EXECUTOR:

YARRADEV_OMP_COMMAND, YARRADEV_OMP_MODEL, and YARRADEV_OMP_CONFIG are optional overrides. |

Runner and control-plane credentials are never exposed to the spawned agent process; agent authentication is inherited from the local environment (e.g. codex login), not passed as a secret.
