基于 Axios 的请求基础设施包，提供统一 hooks、重复请求取消、结构化错误和异常上报回调。

能力边界

本包负责：

• createAxios 创建 Axios 实例；
• 请求前和响应后 hooks；
• 重复请求取消和批量取消；
• API、网络和解密错误的结构化表示；
• 通过 onReport 连接任意异常监控实现。

本包不负责：

• 业务 API 和业务响应解析；
• Vue 状态；
• 加密能力；
• Wujie、Native Bridge 或具体监控产品。

运行时约束

• Axios 是运行时依赖。
• 不依赖 Vue。
