Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

@zcmsorg/schemas

Shared Zod contracts between the Z-CMS API and its front ends — blocks, content types, permissions, mail and API payloads.

This is a dependency of @zcmsorg/plugin-sdk and @zcmsorg/theme-sdk; installing either pulls it in. Reach for it directly only if you are validating Z-CMS payloads yourself — a custom client, an integration, a test harness.

Install

npm i @zcmsorg/schemas

Usage

import { BlockDocumentSchema, type BlockDocument } from "@zcmsorg/schemas";

const doc: BlockDocument = BlockDocumentSchema.parse(await res.json());

Everything exported is a Zod schema, so .parse, .safeParse and z.infer all work as usual. Block trees are validated to a maximum nesting depth of MAX_BLOCK_DEPTH.
