Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Resource governor and sandboxed shard worker for consented browser compute. The governor holds the schedule and enforces a verified Compute Consent Manifest's resource ceiling by withholding scheduling time; the worker only executes what it's told and reports measured results, never self-granted compute.

Part of ZK-PoC, a consent-governed, verifiable browser-compute project. Zero runtime dependencies.

Four throttle signals — user interaction, dropped frames, a thermal proxy (sustained throughput decay; no browser exposes real temperature), and battery discharge — compose multiplicatively, and share control is integral, not per-burst: a burst that overruns its budget is repaid by the next idle period instead of permanently inflating the session average. See ADR-0005.
