Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

HTTP 402 middleware for the Agent Commerce Kit — handle payment-required challenges with ACK identity binding.

Status: Coming soon. This package is in the research and planning phase.

What it does

When a service returns HTTP 402 Payment Required, an AI agent needs to parse the payment request, select a payment option, execute payment, and present the receipt — all with cryptographic identity binding. This middleware handles that flow for server frameworks.

Express, Hono, and Fastify adapters
Automatic payment request parsing from 402 responses
ACK identity binding (agent DID + grant) on payment flows
Receipt presentation and verification
Integration with the x402 protocol

Relationship to ACK

This is a companion package to agentcommercekit. ACK-Pay v2 profiles x402 offer-receipt artifacts and binds them to ACK identities. This package implements the HTTP middleware that makes that integration drop-in for server applications.
