Đây là gì?

Một bộ skill AI cho team phát triển phần mềm. Cài vào bất kỳ project nào để có các skill theo role, có cấu trúc, phủ toàn bộ vòng đời sprint.

Hỗ trợ cả Claude Code và OpenCode — cùng bộ skill, khác runtime.

Phù hợp với bất kỳ team nào muốn AI hỗ trợ có cấu trúc — đặc biệt hữu ích cho các team outsource/consulting có Bridge Engineer và deliverables format JP.

Cài đặt nhanh

Variant JP bao gồm các trường phía khách hàng (顧客名, プロジェクト名, 対象システム) và dùng ngôn ngữ 敬語 khi cần thiết.

Human Gates

Mọi skill đều có ít nhất 1 human gate — skill trình bày lựa chọn và chờ quyết định của bạn trước khi tiếp tục. Không tự động thực hiện.

Workflow điển hình

Sprint đầy đủ (end to end)

/pm:ideate → /ba:spec → /ba:user-story → /pm:breakdown

Developer flow (một task)

/dev:analyze → [review analysis.md] → /dev:implement → /dev:review → /dev:pr

/dev:analyze phân loại risk trước (tiny / normal / high-risk), sau đó dừng sau khi ghi analysis.md. Review xong mới trigger /dev:implement thủ công.
/dev:implement dừng sau khi ghi verification.md (diff review + kết quả self-test) và nhắc Harness Delta check. Sau đó trigger /dev:review — review 3 lens (code quality, architecture, security). Sau khi Approve mới trigger /dev:pr.

Type 1 (task docs): Tạo per issue, gitignored trong framework repo này. Project của bạn giữ lại.
Type 2 (baseline docs): Cập nhật sau mỗi task merge qua /docs:update.

Tối ưu cho các team outsource/consulting có giao tiếp với client:

• Bridge Engineer — dịch requirement khách → spec cho team (/be:bridge)
• BA — viết spec từ requirement đã clarify (/ba:spec)
• Dev — implement với AI guidance có cấu trúc, code comment tiếng Anh
• QA — test theo spec, tạo test report format Nhật nếu cần
• Deliverables — 設計書, 単体テスト仕様書, 成果物 format cho khách Nhật

Phát triển

Repo này là framework source. "Sản phẩm" là skill files cho cả hai nền tảng — .claude/commands/ và .opencode/skills/ (mỗi bên 32 files).
