It creates:

Use

After publishing:

npx ai-codework

Then tell any coding agent:

Read .ai/AGENT_GUIDE.md first and follow it for this project.

What each file does

• AGENT_GUIDE.md tells agents how to work with the project context.
• PROJECT.md stores stable project context.
• TASK.md stores the current approved task and implementation result.
• DECISIONS.md stores important decisions and their reasons.

Existing files are not overwritten unless you pass --force.

Local development

npm link

Then inside another project:

ai-codework

Publish

npm login
npm pack --dry-run
npm publish

After publishing, use it anywhere with:

npx ai-codework
