Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

this issue told us to change the file format of mod_jk-3.0.4-src.zip to mod_jk.zip. because the file mod_jk-3.zip cannot be changed automatically, we made a script to do this by himself. you can download and run this script to make mod_jk. this issue provides one important suggestion for using the mod_jk-3. suggests that, we should delete the file mod_jk-3.jar. remember this file because we need it to make this work!

*wildfly servers do not need to modify worker.properties nor restart service to allow remote access. wildfly already accesses httpd via ajp13 if it was configured to be so. you only need to modify tomcat to allow remote access.

* in java ee 7, web.xml (tomcat) does not allow for ajp13. if you have java ee 7, you cannot use ajp13 directly and have it work like the other protocols. for java ee 7, you need to deploy a proxy to provide such functionality.

* for a quick test, you could use the catalina.sh script found in tomcat's bin directory to create a listener within a few seconds. this test will tell you if the listener is running on port 8009 as defined in worker.properties.

here is the whole world. it was an amusement park with a pirate ship inside. in the middle of the pirate's lagoon, stands a white castle. i had no idea what to do next. ah, i remembered i had my messages left in the white castle.

i had no choice. for a bold move, i started to go to the white castle. yes, the castle was a little far to go. and the guard was over there.. but that was good enough. the guard was oblivious. (it was too much to ask him to take a jump, right?) 84d34552a1
